July 2005, the employee who was dismissed for violating terms of a contract, which prohibited relationships between teachers and students, made an amicable settlement with the English school.
Mr. Ikeda's criticism about the court interpretation problems was introduced in Asahi Newspaper in the class suit of Japanese war orphans left in China.
